The New Zealand Merino Company Limited (“NZM”) is a world-leading international marketer and seller of ethical wool, and is involved in various innovations across the primary sector.
In late-2020, NZM successfully completed a New Share Offer and Share Buy-Back. This Product Disclosure Statement provided a comprehensive overview to prospective investors and can be a useful reference today. At the time, Northington Partners also completed this Valuation Report.
Who manages the share registrar and dividend payments?
MUFG Corporate Markets ("MUFG") manage the share registrar on behalf of NZM, and are responsible for sending communications to shareholders and making dividend payments.
Dividend payments are made by direct credit into your nominated bank account. You are encouraged to check, and update if needed, your bank account and other holding details currently held by MUFG here. You will require your CSN / Holder Number and Authorisation Code (FIN) to access your holding information.
Where to buy and sell shares?
NZM shares are traded on the Unlisted Securities Exchange (“USX”), under the company code ‘NZMC’.
Six registered sharebrokers conduct all trading on the USX: Jarden NZ, Forsyth Barr, Craigs Investment Partners, JB Were, Hamilton Hindin Greene, and Hobson Wealth Partners. To buy or sell NZM shares via the USX, you need to be registered with one of these sharebrokers.
