The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar to join our team, reporting to the Southern Regional Manager and based in our Cromwell office. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with a portfolio of growers and providing administration support to the Southern Area Managers and wider ZQ on farm team.

Relevant experience and attitude:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Key to your success in this role will be excellent administration skills, empathy for farmers and experience building and managing relationships in the agricultural sector.

• An eagerness to learn coupled with outstanding attention to detail, organisation and interpersonal skills will be your strengths.

• To have the ‘X factor’ you will have a background in farming or agricultural and knowledge of the wool industry.
  You will have a clean driver’s license, plus be eligible to work in New Zealand.  

• We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has strong computer skills and enjoys working both independently and while part of a team.
