We need a superstar!
This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar to join the team, hitting the ground running in this pivotal role. You will be responsible for certification administration and data management tasks, providing traceability of wool sold. Specifically, you will:
​
â–ª Ensure growers are certified at time of invoice for ZQ, ZQRX & Responsible Wool Standard, through pre invoice checks.
â–ª Issue and request Transaction Certificates to customers and from the certification body.
â–ª Issue Certificates of Authenticity to customers, including brand partners.
â–ª Use data to provide reporting and analysis that supports traceability.
â–ª Assist with traceability project work.
â–ª Support process improvement initiatives.
Relevant experience and attitude:
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role demonstrating competencies around data management, compliance administration, process improvements and working within a fast paced, dynamic, and fluid environment.
​
Alongside this, you will be a self-starter, have high integrity, great communication skills, have a sense of curiosity and the ability to think outside of the box to problem solve.
​
You will have the ‘X factor’ when it comes to MS Excel, having advanced skills and experience using spreadsheets and managing large data sets.
​
We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, is highly organised, analytical, a team player and enjoys good banter.
​
Although not essential, being familiar with or having empathy with the New Zealand agricultural sector, interest in sustainability and traceability will be desirable.
​
