We need a personable, organized superstar!

We are seeking a confident, personable and experienced Office Coordinator to join the NZM team, to ensure the seamless running of the office.  


The role exists to:


•    provide an exceptional experience for NZM guests and callers
•    ensure the general running of the office is smooth and efficient
•    coordinate travel, meetings and scheduling support
•    deliver excellent administrative support to the NZM team and external parties


This is an important role within the team, offering a variety of tasks as well as well as adhoc ones to keep you on your toes!

 

Relevant experience and attitude:

​

  • You will have experience in a busy dynamic environment, allowing you to demonstrate your professional reception and organisation and team support ability.

  • This role will suit someone that loves to help others and chooses to approach things with a positive attitude.

  • The right person will; create a professional, warm and welcoming impression for all visitors and callers, have strong organisational and communications skills with an ability to multitask and apply a high level of initiative.
