The Role


Reporting to the Chief Partnerships and Sustainability Officer, the Head of Brand Partnerships will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing deep strategic relationships globally with our  fine wool brand partners to generate sales, identifying and targeting new opportunities that provide growth & opportunity for NZM and executing NZM’s marketing & brand strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets and increase brand awareness.

Alongside working with our fine wool brand partners, a key focus in this role will be leading a high performance sales and marketing team by providing coaching, leadership and development to the team.   

 

Key to your success in this role will be experience in sales, international business and relationship management coupled with a strong commercial acumen.

 

The Person

You will be an exceptional people leader with at least 3 years’ experience leading a high performing team, known for your excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.

You will love to travel, and not shy away from travelling internationally and forming new relationships with brand partners across the globe.

You will have excellent analytical skills, be a strategic thinker and problem solver who is able to think outside the box for solutions.

To stand out from the rest, you will have enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, and an overall can-do attitude.
