We need a superstar!
This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar to join the team, hitting the ground running in this pivotal role. You will be responsible for certification administration and data management tasks, providing traceability of wool sold.
Specifically, you will:

Support audit management and data management

Issue and request Transaction Certificates to customers and from the certification body.

Issue Certificates of Authenticity to customers, including brand partners.

Use data to provide reporting and analysis that supports traceability.

Assist with traceability project work.

Support process improvement initiatives.
This is a 15 month fixed term parental leave cover contract starting December 2023 till February 2025.
Relevant experience and attitude:
You will have a least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast paced, dynamic, and fluid environment, allowing you to demonstrate your strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and analytical skills.

You will have experience in data management, compliance administration and process improvement, and possess an advanced skill set with Microsoft Excel.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and an ability to think outside the box to problem solve.

You will be known as a team player who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
