The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar to join our team, hitting the ground running in this pivotal role. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with a portfolio of growers across the Canterbury region, procuring and selling brand partner contracts to growers and providing support to growers through digital platforms.
Relevant experience and attitude:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast paced and dynamic environment. An appreciation for wool, along with grower empathy and an affinity for the primary sector will see you succeed in this role.
We are looking for someone with the ‘X factor’ when it comes to establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships. Interpersonal skills are a must; communicating with growers, networking with industry leaders, all while positively articulating the NZM value proposition. These skills, along with business acumen will see you drive commercial outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys working both independently and while part of a team. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an appreciation for technology are competencies that you would use when describing yourself.

You will have a clean driver’s license, plus be eligible to work in New Zealand.
