The role:

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar to join our team, hitting the ground running in a pivotal role. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with a portfolio of wool growers across Australia, procuring and selling brand partner contracts to growers and providing support to growers through digital platforms.

Relevant experience and attitude:

​

• You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast paced and dynamic environment.  An appreciation for wool, along with grower empathy and an affinity for the primary sector will see you succeed in this role.

• We are looking for someone with the ‘X factor’ when it comes to establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships.  Interpersonal skills are a must, communicating with growers, networking throughout industry, all while positively articulating the NZM value proposition.  These skills, along with business acumen will see you drive commercial outcomes.

• We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys working both independently and while part of a team.  Attention to detail, strong organisation skills and an appreciation for technology are competencies that you would use when describing yourself.

• You will have a clean driver’s license, plus be eligible to work in Australia.
